Our Code of Conduct

Health, Safety & Environment

Safas Apparel operates in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those relating to worker health & safety and the environment.

No Discrimination

All employees are treated on the basis of their ability to do the job — regardless of gender, race, colour, language, nationality, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinion, marital status, disability, age, or sexual orientation.

No Child Labour

Child labour is strictly prohibited. The minimum employment age at Safas Apparel is 18 years, with no exceptions.

No Forced Labour

Safas Apparel ensures there is no form of forced labour — including human trafficking, involuntary or bonded labour, or indentured labour of any kind.

Freedom of Association

Workers are free to join associations of their own choosing. Safas Apparel respects the right to lawfully and peacefully associate, organize, or bargain collectively.

No Harassment & Abuse

Disciplinary Practices

Safas Apparel ensures all working hours comply with applicable laws and standards, and do not exceed the maximum limits permitted by law.

Safas Apparel provides all legally mandated holidays, leaves, and benefits — including official holidays, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, social security, and old-age benefits.

Migrant Workers

Migrant workers enjoy the same rights and duties as local employees — covering remuneration, hiring, training access, and all other social criteria outlined in this Code of Conduct.
